NOTICE OF NON-WAIVER
The failure by the Owner to exercise any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
The Customer acknowledges that no partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship exists between the Customer and the Owner. Neither the Customer nor the Owner has authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of the other.
By using the Site, you agree that you will not post any of the following material on any location on the Site:
- Material containing vulgar or obscene language or other content.
- Material which abuses or threatens others.
- Material that is bigoted or racially or ethnically offensive.
- Material that advocates or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
- Unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
By posting material on the Site, you agree that responsibility for such postings lies entirely with the Customer. You also agree that all posted material becomes the property of the Owner, and may be modified or removed by the Owner for any reason.
On some postings, users may be allowed or required to enter a username. The Owner does not attempt to restrict usage of such a name by any other person, and makes no warranty as to damages caused by the use of that name by any user.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Customer agrees that the use of the Site is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Site is provided as is, with no warranty expressed or implied, including any warranty for information, products, or services provided by, through, or in connection with the Owner. The Owner disclaims all liability for any damages or injury caused by any failure, omission, error, interruption, virus, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, defect, posting, or deletion.
The Customer acknowledges that neither the Owner nor any of its agents, providers, or affiliates shall be liable or responsible for any damages or injury caused by any other customers or third-parties, and that the risk of any injury or damage lies entirely with the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges that the Owner is not responsible or liable for any damages or injury caused by any links from the Site to other web sites, and shall not be held responsible for any damages or injury caused by failed or missing links.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any dispute arising from a breach of the Agreement, including any claims and expenses related to the Customer’s violation of the Agreement.
TERMINATION OF USE
The Owner may terminate the Customer’s account or access rights to the Site at any time if the Owner believes the Customer has violated the Agreement in any manner.

The Owner may modify this agreement at any time upon notice through the Site. Any use of the Site after such notice shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of such modifications.
GOVERNING LAW FOR DISPUTES
The Customer agrees that any dispute arising from the terms of the Agreement of a breach of the Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. The Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction and venue by the state and federal courts of the State of Maryland for all disputes.
